If not, then you are not as knowledgeable regarding human nutritional health as you could be. These are just some of the many authors, doctors and nutrition experts that have made a marked impact on the life of myself and my wife. My journey started in our local gym when many "gym friends" kept asking me my opinion regarding healthy eating and were "supplements" really necessary? At times, I would literally have a group surrounding me, listening intently. Soon I set out to learn as much as I possibly could. A retired high school teacher, I have chosen to embark upon a course of "nutritional learning & knowledge" and to also redesign our existing web site... making it's primary focus one of health information and web links that I feel are worthy of your consideration. Come back often as I will always being adding more...

We are not doctors, nor do we have all the answers. We do have a relentless desire to be as healthy as we can be and to share our knowledge with others!

Unlike many internet companies, we strive for personal communication with our clients. Our past web site contained a store front, however, we felt it was very impersonal and chose to delete that portion of our site.
